What were your goals when you started Personal Training?
To be accepted in a Gym that was accepting of my size and not my blood pressure so that I could improve my stamina and lose weight.

How has your trainer helped you achieve things you had been unable to achieve yourself?
The consistency of supervision and advice has been most important to me

What do you enjoy most about your training here at Fitness Success?
Whether it is one on one training or a group the atmosphere is accepting which makes being there much more interactive and enjoyable.

Why have you stayed training at Fitness Success?
The rapport between the trainers makes the training fun but effective and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

What would you say to others who were considering Personal Training?
If you doubt you can do it, don’t! A personal Trainer will help you through what you feel you can’t do until you can!

Is there anything else you would like to share about your experiences here at Fitness Success?
They have assisted me with not only in being fitter and healthier, but my trust and confidence has changed so much and I am so much happier where I am now.
