We may give you a few physical tests (if appropriate) to determine what you can do safely and provide us with a base line so we know when you have improved.

These tests may include Blood pressure, resting Heart rate and specific outcome measures relating to your individual condition and goals.

The Exercises you are given will be based on the results or the outcome measures your individual variables and your goals. Home exercises are often recommended to help you progress between sessions.
