With constant variety, our Small Group Training is a fantastic way to achieve frequency and regularity with your training.Groups are designed to be fun and motivating and are tailored to suit all ages and abilities.
We keep our groups small (from 4 to 10 people), and sessions are pre-booked to guarantee your place. Many people combine 1-on-1 Training and the groups as a way to get great results and frequency of training in a cost effective way.
