1 on 1 training is all about YOU and the outcome YOU desire, it can be delivered in 60 or 30 minute time slots.

This may mean working with you through pregnancy (pre and post), sickness, injury or rehabilitation.

We ensure that our exercise prescription changes to suit your needs and we enjoy the opportunity to work as a team with your medical or allied health professional to ensure the best outcome for you.

We welcome anyone with existing injuries or conditions to pop into the studio or give us a call to discuss your specific needs and plan your path forward.

Can I train with a friend?

This is a very cost effective and popular method of training. It’s great to exercise with a friend or family member, you receive all of the benefits of one-on-one training, while sharing the costs with a buddy or family member!


If 3 or more friends or family members wish to train together we call this a private group. You can choose your own time slot and have the privacy of an exclusive group, not to mention sharing the costs.
