All group sessions run for 1 hour. Sessions may be conducted outside on nice weather days.

High intensity predominantly boxing workout.
Cardio Hit
High intensity cardio session designed to increase your cardio capacity, suitable for all fitness levels, working to your personal best. May include HIIT sessions, spin bike, running (or your equivalent), boxing or the use of alternative cardio equipment.
Mat Pilates
Pilates based core strengthening work, a great way to strengthen from the inside out and create balance throughout your body.
