All group sessions run for 1 hour. Sessions may be conducted outside on nice weather days.

This Class is offered to Mums and Bubs, rehabilitation and people who need a little tender love and care! This class is designed to prepare you to move into our regular group timetable.
This group uses specialised Pilates equipment and personalised programming to aid rehabilitation, strengthen and realign your body. Booking limited, 4 places available per class.
