Solved my back problems in 16 months that I could not do in 10 years.

Attention to my personal needs, clear and concise instruction, attention that I am doing things correctly/optimally, social.

Why have you stayed training at Fitness Success?
Maintain a level of health and fitness that enables me to enjoy other aspects of my life and to continue to participate in activities that I otherwise could not, such as golf.

What would you say to others who were considering Personal Training?
Personal Training has been an investment in my health, and at Fitness Success it has been overwhelmingly successful.
