Lillian

Many of you would have met Lillian training at the studio.

When she started with us in 2012 her first goal was to have a trainer walk with her outside to build up her confidence.

That goal has been well and truly met and we love to see Lil walking past with her dog! She is also about to head off on a hiking/walking holiday in Europe- amazing stuff!

To Lillians credit she has worked through injuries, illness and working shift work and has turned up consistently week after week.

Here are some words from Lillian:

I have been a Fitness Success client for a number of years now and train with them 2-3 times a week. My trainers show a strong commitment to my fitness goals and ultimately, my success.

I like to train with more than one trainer as I believe I can benefit from their individual strengths.

They have helped me set fitness goals and most recently have been very supportive of my weight loss endeavour (23kg so far).

My trainers have excellent knowlege/skills and set realistic and achieveable goals for me.

There is a relaxed, friendly and engaging atmosphere at the studio and you are not pressured into performing. You are simply encouraged to work hard to be your best.

They have made exercise a fun experience not a chore. I am now fitter, healthier and happier.

What we love about Lillians story is that she has been so open and honest about where she is, where she wants to be and has changed her goals as required and to suit her health and lifestyle. Kudos to you Lillian for your hard work and persistence!!
