Group training is a fantastic way to achieve great frequency and regularity with your training in a very cost effective way. Groups are designed to be fun and motivating, whilst still proving an appointment based system and the supervision and direction of a personal trainer.
We offer a number of strength and conditioning services, ranging from targeted performance enhancement to sports injury rehabilitation.
If your goals are sport specific, regardless of sport or background, we can help develop the fundamentals of physical performance as well as reduce injury risk.
We offer strength and conditioning services to sporting clubs who are interested in receiving help with programming, pre-season training, performance testing and injury rehabilitation.
