Personal Training, 14 years on the team

When I'm not taking a session you'll see me at the front desk looking after the admin side of things.

I love working with you to help you achieve your goals and help you unlock the key to your sticking points, whether that’s injury management, nutritional advice or breaking habits that are ineffective.

I train you for your goals and will support you every step of the way.

What I love most about what I do is that it allows me to ‘pay it forward’. The better you are feeling, the more confident you feel to live your life, the more available you are to your family, friends, colleagues and so forth. I’m all about balance and living your life to the fullest.

In my spare time I love trail running and cycling, running in various ultra marathons, my favourite so far being 'Hut to Hut Archies 50km' event at Mt Buller.

I also participate in the annual Cycle for Change fundraising event where we travel interstate to ride 4 days up big hills to raise money for Southern Cross kids camps.

I also enjoy gardening, training my dog (I'm a dog person!), and having a go at different arts and craft.
