Group Training

We offer a tremendous timetable of group training sessions (please refer to our timetable). Group training is a fantastic way to achieve great frequency and regularity with your training in a very cost effective way.

Groups are designed to be fun and motivating, whilst still proving an appointment based system and the supervision and direction of a personal trainer.

Numbers in the groups vary from 4 people to 8 people (the busier sessions are generally in the evenings)

Many people combine one on one personal training and the groups, as a way to get great results, and frequency in a very cost effective way (refer to the Combo packages for details)
